Where something does run unattended, like a website chat, we scope it tightly to questions you've answered for us and have it hand off to a human the moment it's out of its depth.

What does it actually cost to run?

Two parts: what you pay us to build it, from $750, and what the AI provider charges per use. That second part is usually a few dollars a month at small-business volume. We pass it through at cost, estimate it upfront, and put a cap on it so a runaway loop can't produce a surprise bill.

Do I need to give it access to my systems?

Only what the job needs. A chat assistant that answers questions about your hours needs nothing but your website. Something that drafts quotes needs your price list. We start from the smallest amount of access that works, not the largest.

What if I want to turn it off?

You own it, so you can. It's your accounts, your keys, and code you keep, and nothing is locked to us. There's a small monthly fee to keep it live, and you can stop that whenever you like — you'd just be taking over running it yourself rather than losing anything.
